Tap out the Stress!

 

This spot is located on the Triple Warmer meridian and will calm your fight or flight response.

Remember to tap on both hands:
  • place a fingertip between the base of your ring and pinky fingers
  • move your fingertip up, halfway to your wrist
  • breathe deeply while gently rubbing or tapping 2 or 3 fingertips on this spot
