This is a Donna Eden technique she calls “The Hook Up”.  Place the middle finger of one hand between your eyebrows above your nose.  Place the middle finger of the other hand in your navel.  Gently press each finger into your skin, pulling upward for 15 - 20 seconds.  (This connects your central and governing meridians and balances your energy front to back and top to bottom.)

Remember to tap on both hands:

• place a fingertip between the base of your ring and pinky fingers
• move your fingertip up, halfway to your wrist
• breathe deeply while gently rubbing or tapping 2 or 3 fingertips on this spot

Wholistic Wellness Communities' Angel Auction raised more than $2350 for local charity!

Wholistic Wellness Communities Angel Auction, April 2 - 9th 2017

Thanks to everyone who joined us at the Hamilton Wholistic Wellness Expo on April 1st - it was a smashing success!

And now..... THE EXPO CONTINUES ONLINE WITH THE ANGEL AUCTION!  It's a great opportunity to bid on products and services donated by the Expo exhibitors.   

All proceeds are donated to charity.

As an extension of the Hamilton Wholistic Wellness Expo an online auction starts the following day, April 2nd. Since the start of the Expo's more than $22,000.00 has been donated to local charities!

In the true spirt of giving back, this year we are supporting Men's Street Ministries Founder Roger Boyd. The auction is on facebook with over 50 different services and items for bid. All donated by the generous pracitioners at the Hamilton Expo.
